Seabery Farm has on site cold storage that allows us to keep our frozen products close at hand for easy distribution to our customers. The system is maintained at - 21 ℃ with real time electronic monitoring of the internal chamber temperature. Audible alarms together with instant mobile messaging, 24 hour guard service and backup generator ensures a fail proof system.
All cartons are systematically stacked to allow for uniform distribution of air flow along all isles. We also incorporate an ante room (air ingress) to minimize outside air from entering the cold stores during loading.
Our freezers give us the ability to quick freeze products and preserve the quality of the products.
