We institute extensive training programs for all newly hired employees as well as annual certification of the Seabery Code of Business Conduct. We also expect all our business partners, and suppliers to meet our ethical standards.

Anti-Corruption Statement

Seabery understands and fully supports the requirement and importance of complying with anti-bribery and anti-corruption international standards.We pride ourselves on our reputation for acting fairly and ethically in all aspects of our business. Our integrity and reputation is built on our core principles of professional conduct, good work ethics, and uncompromising.

Seabery strongly condemns corruption and bribery in all its forms and we do not tolerate it in our business or with those whom we deal with.

The Seabery Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy sets out in detail the behavior policy of all employees, business partners, contractors and suppliers. It is expected that all of you will adopt and embrace this policy whole heatedly and with conviction. It is for your own personal benefit and that of the company.

It takes many years to build a reputation, but only one day to destroy it. Seabery will face a significant fine and suffer irrefutable damage if it commits such an offence. And if you are personally convicted of this offence, you could face imprisonment.
